Objectives of Quick Fix Windscreens
Profitability
Quick Fix Windscreens aims to focus on cost control, while keeping a close eye on the profit margin of products sold. Controlling the profit margin of products sold will be done by recording the cost of each individual item and calculating the profit made after selling the item, plus the repair or replacement. The recorded information will provide a future roadmap of how long it will take to become dept. free.

Customer Service
Customer service will be one of the main focuses of Quick Fix Windscreens. Every six months, training will be provided to ensure customer service standards are met. Customer service training may involve communication

Although working every day 8 hours of more is the best way of becoming financially stable and successful, owning your own business can allow for the decision of the days that you work and also the hours that you work.

Physical resources
Quick Fix Windscreens will be based at my house at 21 Longlands Street, East Brisbane. Services and repairs can be done at the business or if you are busy, have one of our mobile service vans come to you.
The based business and the mobile service will both contain equipment for the business to run.
Based Business:
- Office containing all financial, customer and information needs
- Filing cabinet
- Utensils example, pens, pencils, paper
- Printer and photocopier
- Shipping container to hold windscreens for pickup by mobile service
- Rubbish and Recycling bin

Mobile Business:
- Van
- Windscreens (If needed)
- Portable eftpos
- Vacu machine
- Clear Residue

Induction Training for OHS
We will also provide induction training which will be provided on day one at the start of the day. Information on the requirements of the workplace will be given to the workers, which may be done by outlining general safety rules, responsibilities, specific tasks and ensuring all workers have completed their induction training.
