On October 2, 2017 something significant took place in Las Vegas, Nevada, something that made history. The Las Vegas shooting, the question that many people has asked is was this shooting a terrorist attack? Some may think that Terrorism is any act of violence that causes chaos or an extensive feeling of danger to the human life. However, Terrorism is using violence or intimidation to influence anything political. The mass shooting killed fifty-nine innocent people and five hundred and twenty-seven others were injured. The shooting happened during Route 91 which is an annual Las Vegas country Music festival. The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino on the thirty second floor is where the shots where fried from. We hear about so many catastrophes that are happening around us every day about terrorism and terrorist attacks, so could the Las Vegas shooting be a terrorist attack?

He was the shooter of this tragic disaster that took place in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas shooting was the deadliest in modern history. Paddock was a U.S. citizen and had no connection with any terrorist groups. “FBI Special Agent in Charge Aaron Rouse confirmed at a news conference Monday that Paddock had no known connection to any international terrorist group.” (CBS News 2017). To find out for sure if he possibly has had any connection with terrorist group they will have to do some digging and researching on Paddock past to know for sure. “Investigators are busy digging into Paddock's past and potential contacts to understand what may have motivated his actions.” (CBS News
