THE PURPOSE OF THE PLAN

2. To send out an exciting and welcoming vibe throughout every Paradice store.

This business strives to always sell quality yoghurt to our customers. With the healthy experience that we provide, it will be a simple choice to choose Paradice over the many other competing frozen yogurt stores in the local area. Our business aims to be the best quality frozen yoghurt store in the area.
In the business, we will try to give both employees and customers a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time they set foot in our store. We strive to bring out happiness in everyone with our products, customer service and good management.
Finally this plan has been developed with the additional purpose of making a profitable income. We aim to expand our business throughout the state and we will also focus on acquiring five new “Paradice buses” by 2015. Management has developed this plan in order to make all this possible.
BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND STIUATIONAL ANALYSIS
“Paradice” is a new frozen yoghurt business which has been created and funded by Gian-Carlo Calleja and Mitchell Taylor. We hope that over time our business can become very successful and popular around the state. As stated by management, ten employees will be our preferred amount.
Paradice offers an extremely wide variety of different flavours, ranging from fruity, to sweet, to sour. The business also has one mobile frozen yoghurt bus that allows the business to make sales off-site. We strive to acquire 4 more by the end of 2015. The business focuses on making a welcoming and enjoyable environment that is very positive, both for employees and customers.
Mission statement:
“Paradice strives to create and maintain a positive and communal atmosphere for employees and customers as well as providing quality products to all customers. The business also wishes to play a key role in the development of the community in and around Penrith.”
As the business establishes we strive to have good management that can lead to effective advertising and making work very profitable. Although Paradice is in strong competition with many frozen yoghurt businesses we believe that we can offer more in our products and services, therefore we hold a secure position in the market.
