A lawyer is a person who has studied the law and uses their knowledge to provide legal advice and help represent people dealing with legal issues. A paralegal is a person who works closely with lawyers to assist and help them with their work. Together, the lawyers and paralegals work hand in hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
