A habit is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. Worry gives way to anxiety or unease; allow one's mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles. I know that they say worrying is not good, for the body but sometimes you cannot help it. Peale tells us that the best way to live longer is to learn to stay calm, and eliminate worry (Peale 302). Peale mentioned in the book that married couples live longer than single couples do, because when you are a couple the worry is divided but when you are single you are trying to manage it alone.(Peale 303).The chapter is about taking worriation out of our daily life. Peale states you can change any habit and any acquired attitude you can cast worry from your mind.
