They included The President of Penn State-Graham B. Spanier, Senior Vice President-Finance and Business Gary C. Schultz, Athletic Director Timothy M. Curley and the Head Football Coach Joseph V. Paterno. After holding a meeting to discuss Sandusky actions it was agreed that they would confront Sandusky. He was told by Curley that he could no long bring young boys to the athletic facilities on campus. Curley also informed the executive director of Second Mile the charitable origination that Jerry Sandusky had founded to help disadvantage youths (p. 18). This incident was considered an non-incident and nothing was mention of it in the board of trustees meeting in March 2001. Because Sandusky was not reported to the local police department for the aforementioned incidents he continued his activities until January 2010, then the trigger event happen.
