The most important thing is humans physical structure is well-built for running long distances, especially in hot summer. Because human is unique in the running ability. First, people can sweat through the sweat glands to protect bodies, it is better for runners keep cooling and in case of hyperthermia. Second, it is easily for our sweat evaporates due to we do not have any fur on our skin. In addition, our head is linked with the spine by a piece of anatomy and we can run without heads bobbing up and down. It is important for humans to run steadier and faster. On the other hand, running marathon can improve our overall fitness. Some people believe that running marathon would cause damage for our health. But more evidence show running marathon can bring more benefits for peoples health. Buckley (2012) suggested that running marathon can bring us physical health benefits (R2). Running marathon can burn calories and fat, as well as can reduce the risk of heart disease ( R2, Para 5). Second, red blood cells transport oxygen through the bloodstream and running administers to the circulation of blood. It can boost our metabolism and make us stronger. At last, people can have a similar bodily form with models, the muscles and color of skin would become more proportionate. Running marathon is a superexcellent form of sports for runners. Actually, runners should to run a long distance to the finishing post, and this exercise obviously will improve runners endurance. In addition, participants do not need any fees for this sport.
