In the Persecution of Witches, 21st-Century Style author Mitch Horowitz main point is that even though it is the 21st Century persecution of witches still exists today. He believes this to be an ongoing epidemic and needs to be resolved. Its being manifested and not only affected places such as Africa but even in the United States. He argues that there is a lack of government officials preventing the prosecution.
