As learning is a continuous process, I have always shown enthusiasm to co-facilitate and learn from my coworkers. With this positive attitude, I was able to obtain first job as a dental assistant in the same office I shadowed for a while in the U.S. and sharpened my organizational and team management skills in this job. After gaining this experience, I started working as a lead assistant. In this job, I take care of dental assistants’ schedule, closely coordinate with dentists in multi-specialty office, communicate with referred dentist, deal with insurance companies, and keep a track of sterilization and disinfection policy implementation.
