As I read through my list of assignments when I started this class, my initial thought was where I am going to find someone. Honestly I wanted the easier way out substitution this interview for a trip to Orlando with crunch time to confirm time was against me. It was difficult finding someone on my own a lot of people were not welcoming it idea; maybe because I wanted someone in IT or quality control and in a hospital setting.

What education was required?
A Bachelor degree is required for this position, but they preferred a master degree so if you have a bachelor degree your chances of getting the job is slim verses the next person with a masters.
3. Why did he/she choose this particular occupation and how did he/she find out about it?
To answer your question why did I choose this field I was a nurse spent most of time in the ER. After getting my master degree in Leadership and Management I work in management but it was not what I wanted, the excitement I am accustom to as a ER nurse was no longer a part of my job and my day were predictable. I preferred each day when I don’t know what going to come my way. Risk management and patient safety was the only field that would give me that.
I was always checking our company career posts for to check for open positions, during the time I was taking classes to get certified and license so that I would be ready when a position becomes available.
4. Name and describe two specific aspects (duties) of the job.
One of the most important responsibilities of this position is patient visitors and our staff safety. As you can remember the first time we met I had to leave for a code gray.
