One night in Brooklyn New York a suspicious figure was seen on camera standing around the entrance of an apartment building. He seemed to be waiting on something but not much could really be inferred at the moment in time. Not much could be said about the facial or physical description of the man because of the poor lighting but what we do know is that he was wearing a hoodie with a heavy coat layered over it. A half hour later another person was seen walking into the apartment building. As the person walked in the guy who had been standing in the same spot for over an half hour had went in after the person had entered the apartment building.
