Day-to-day operations of the dental office and undertakes a broad spectrum of tasks with assisting the office manager. I am on the FHC 401K committee, where I communicate with employees with any question with there benefits. Help with the daily route sheets, reconcile the DED each month. I assist with new patient acquisition and with keeping the schedule filled and updated. Respond efficiently to patients and doctors, addressing all dental office employees needs, concerns and inquiries as instructed by the office manager. Ensure the delivery of quality dental care to patients and resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
