Discovering American Girl Dolls By: Paige (Sherriforton1 and AGtube101)
In late 2008 I was spending a night or two at my Great-Grandmothers house. We were going to eat in town in Leland but we decided not to do that so we ate dinner at her house. She needed to get the mail so we went there first to get the mail then get dinner. I stayed in the car while she got the mail. There was a square catalogue. I was amazed with it, I saw so many 18 inch dolls in there with their accessories, clothing, and furniture and I immediately wanted one. Unfortunately I had to wait 4 long years later to get one.
On August, 25th, 2012 my family and I were losing hope yard sailing, that is until we found the house where my lovely Emma Wilson doll was at. I had not played with her for two months until I found AGTube. There were youtubers who didn't care what you liked to do so you could be yourself. I found YouTubers like Basilmentos, Girloftheyearstudios, Mixiepixie7, and RockStar13 studios.
