Throughout my entire life, I have always struggled and fought to overcome my problems and come out on top. Being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 15 months old made it difficult to relate to any of my friends growing up, as they could often never relate to my diabetic problems. Despite this, succeeding in reconnecting to many people in eighth grade, Covid-19 ruined many budding relationships and pushed me to the most isolated point in my life. After four years, however, I have rebuilt many old friendships and forged new ones, also managing to stay on top academically, simultaneously learning Spanish and German, and being good at them both. I have scored in the top 8% of test-takers for the National German Exam and take Spanish Honors at my
