I worked in the medical records and referral department. I worked with patient information (Patient Medical Records) using the companies' healthcare software such as MEDENT, HEALTHeLINK, I-STOP/PMP, and many others. Most at times I electronically transferred all healthcare documents into the patient chart, and continuously updated patient information when needed. I constantly updated providers of any external information from specialists concerning patient's health.
