Personal Narrative: My Latino Family

I have an enormous family. Latinos tend to have big families. I have many cousins, I have a lot of aunts and uncles. The ones I will be talking about are the ones I live with. I live with over ten people. These are the people I see everyday. I live with my mother, my grandparents my three brothers, my tia, and my three cousins. I see their faces every single day. I love my family. They make me so happy. I have so many funny and enjoyable stories about my family. I have so many great memories that will never get old.
My mom is amazing. I love her to pieces. My mom told me when she was young she was a rebel. Then, I happened. My mom had me when she was 16 years old. She told me ever since she found out that she got pregnant with me, she changed completely. She started paying attention to school more. She worked hard, she hustled. They are sweet old people, sometimes. However, they are the typical, crazy, latino parents. If they see a little piece of trash on the floor, they say, “No tenemos una criada..” Which basically means that we don’t have a maid. Sometimes, they’re overdramatic. My grandmother makes some good food. I help her make enchiladas. They always come out tasting great. My grandfather is really interested in cars. I go with him to car shows, and go to swapmeet as well. He always says, “Quiero comprar todos estos coches.” Which means that he wants to buy all the cars.
My tia, my aunt, we always bond over my little cousin, Maryssa. We always go shopping to buy her cute clothes and cute bows for her hair. We always bond when she reaches a milestone. When she started to crawl. Recently, she started walking and we were so excited. Maryssa always as a smile on her face. She is my favorite cousin, mostly because she is a girl.
