Also our high school was also close to Park Street and during lunch we were able to go out and eat at restaurants instead of staying at school. Our high school had open campus lunch which is that we were able to go out of campus to grab some lunch. There many kind of restaurants such as Chinese, fast food joints, Thai, Japanese, Korean, burgers, and Boba places. Quicklys was the area my friends and I would hang out in. There was free Wi-Fi and it was close to our houses and our school. Since everything was walking distance it helped nurture our health by keeping us fit and there are many green spaces for people to enjoy nature while they are walking. Also there are many bike lanes in the area so people who want to get to places can be free from riding on the sidewalks where many people walk to go to school, work, or get lunch. On almost on every street there are bike lanes. Recently a long straight of road next to the beach was renovated for making bike lanes and more crosswalks for people to get safely to the beach and the town center. The South Shore Centre was also walking distance from my area. The town center had a variety of places such as a fitness center, food, a grocery store and areas where people can lounge around and are able to enjoy music in the courtyard
