On the above date and time, I responded to 6333 Ridge Rd., (lobby of the police department), reference a domestic battery.

Upon arrival, I made contact with David Smieleski, who I identified via his Florida driver’s license. David advised that he was sucker punched by his brother, Scott Smieleski, while he was at 7720 Washington St., (Operation PAR), on this date at 5:45 am. David had an apparent small laceration under his left eye and dried blood on his clothing.

David stated while at Operation Par at window number 1 heard someone yell, “hurry up you pussy at window number 1”. Once David completed his treatment he turned around and noticed that the person speaking to him was his brother, Scott. David said on his way out of Operation Par that Scott called him a “thief” and, ”little faggot”, then pushed him. David said that he stumbled and turned around to look at Scott when he sucker punched him with a ringed hand in his left eye causing a laceration which bled over his hand and clothes. David further stated that retreated out of Operation Par into the parking lot where Scott followed him but then stopped and turned around to reenter Operation Par. …show more content…
David further advised that he did not retaliate against Scott or instigate the incident. David provided Scott’s personal identifiers to be located in FCIC/NCIC and positively identify Scott. David advised that Scott is currently homeless out of Hudson Florida, and did not have transportation or communication
