So, my general thought on this song and genera before listening to it was that I hated it. Why I disliked it? Mainly, it's harsh, crude, and especially loud dynamics drove me away. One of my greatest annoyances in life happen to be noise, and that was all I considered this genera and song, noise, just plain out noise. I prefer the softer tones of classical and even the upbeat melodies of pop, but clanging on a guitar never appealed to me. But then comes the plot twist. As I said before, I knew nothing about heavy metal and therefore I picked a completely random song that just sounded annoying to me. Out of the Silent Planet was what I got. But after listening to it around eight time, I actually grew to like it. I began to admire the extravagant guitar solos that broke free of the melody. But what really got me was the lyrics. They were different than those of most music. They weren't about romance or other trifling and other melodramatic topics, they had a meaning. It took me several rounds of listening to it to grow accustomed, but in the end I broke my stingy belief about the genera and began to consider it
