Starting business professionalism, I really did not know what to expect from this 8-week night class. I thought it really would not help benefit me in the real world but boy I was wrong. I have learned many things in this class that will help me get a job as well keep a job and earn promotions in that job. Despite learning so many things that will help me in the professional world I am going to focus on the three main things I took from this course which are business professionalism dress, a resume, and a cover letter.
Business professional dress is something I believe will really help me better my chances of getting job/internship. Coming into this class I did not know what exactly business professionalism dress. I did not realize that you had to wear certain colors and that it was not good to wear vibrant stand out colors to interviews. This very good to know because I love wearing bright colors and clothing that stands out. However now that I know this I will tone it down a bit for my interviews for I have the best chance to impress the employer and get the job.

Before I started this class, I had a resume but however after I seen what a real resume looked like I realized that mine was not up to shape. However, since then I feel that I have refined my resume with just not better information but my information is presented in a more professional manner. I feel this will really help my success in job/internship searches because the resume is the first thing the employer sees of me before I ever talk to them face to face so it needs to represent me the best way it can. Now on to the last action I will take to help my job and internship hunt which is a cover
