As a kid everybody has role models and figures that they look up too. Whether it's your dad, coach, or friend. How does someone become another person's role model? Growing up I never would have thought I would be that person people would strive to be like. Until I started high school. Specifically when I started Varsity Football my junior year. Elementary kids would come up to me and ask me for high fives or say my name even though I've never seen them before. That's when it clicked. I'm a pretty big deal to these little kids. Knowing this, I began to give them more attention than I usually would, asking them how their day is or how school is going. Even though some of my friends may think it's “uncool” to talk to these kids, I still do it
