During this half semester class, I have learned a lot about my body and personal wellness. This class has helped me learn more about my physical, social, and emotional. I hope to continue to work out and use what I have learned in this class even after the class is over with. I am also so thankful I signed up for this class because now I understand how important it is to work out and live a healthy lifestyle.
I have always gone in and out of working out and eating healthy. One month I work out four to five times a week and the next month I only go once or twice. After taking this class I have realized how important it is to stay in good shape for my personal wellness. If I just keep up with going to work out it wouldn’t be so hard to start
