Ms. Ferri flunked Ms. Martinez's favorite student for completing an assignment in spanish. Ms. Martinez said according to Ms. Tomicich, “Ms. Ferri is contributing to the problem of too much English. Ferri and Ms. Martinez entering the cafeteria at 3:30 p.m. on January 25th. No students were seen entering the cafeteria after dismal. The cameras in the cafeteria were deactivated at this time until 4:23 p.m. January 25th. This evidence puts Ms. Martinez and Ms. Ferri together in the moments leading up to the murder. This gives Ms. Martinez an opportunity to commit the murder, and reason for a rational person to most suspect Ms. Martinez.
Exhibit C: The janitorial staff found the victims body in a dumpster outside the cafeteria at approximately 4:00 p.m. on January 25th along with a bloody ruler. It is most likely thee killer would have disposed of the body quickly and efficiently. Because of the opportunity in the cafeteria and disposal just outside, it is presumably the cafeteria where Ms. Ferri was killed. The similar disposal of the ruler, a bloody and pointy object, makes it the prime murder weapon. This is also an object at the disposal of Ms.
