Being that this number is as high as it is, you would think that more people would be for cloning, but 60 percent of people are against cloning. Many Americans disagree with cloning for religious reasons, while others disagree with cloning because they believe that creating beings through science is morally wrong. While moral issues are the main reasons people go against cloning, many bring up the fact that even if we clone someone, they will not come out the same person.
