Through the growing social network experience the electronic health records for sharing health information between care providers is practiced. Pharmacist analyzed the patient medications profile on the importance of wellness activities and adherence to medication therapy. Pharmacist undertake more elaborate patient care responsibilities. Educating and monitoring the safe use of controlled substances while dispensing information on proper use of medication as well as medical supplies and equipment. Counseling patients on possible side effects and adverse reactions, screening more patients for hypertension and diabetes. Counseling more patients on alerts for interaction with prescription and over the counter dugs and dietary supplements. Therefore, pharmacist need that observant ability to recognize an error in the prescriptions’ dosage, drug interactions, and warning labels.
Pharmacy technicians has increased the healthcare team with various positions within the career with the widest range of opportunities. The responsibilities of pharmacy technicians are completing a patients’ profile to input a prescription into the data base with accuracy.
