Pharrell Lanscilo Williams was born April 5, 1973 in Virginia beach, Virginia, United States. He is the eldest three sons of Pharoah Williams and his wife Carolyn. His dad was a handyman and his mom was a teacher. His notable time period in school was when he attended Princess Anne High School which is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In band camp Pharrell played the keyboards and drums and Hugo played tenor saxophone. They also were in a marching band where Pharrell played the snare drum while Hugo was a drum major. They attended different high schools with Pharrell attending Princess Anne High School and Hugo attending Kempsville High School. Pharrell time at Princess Anne High School was where he discovered a lot about himself. He played in the school band where earned the now famous moniker “Skateboard P”.
