Phil Davison delivered a speech to Stark County Republican Party in September 2010, seeking the nomination for County Treasure. His speech was very wild and aggressive. I was amazed to learn that he had a master degree in communication since his speech was so poorly delivered. His body language, voice tone and gesture is a great example how a speech should not be delivered. During his speech Davidson was constantly moving and aggressive gesticulating. He was pointing to the audience in a hostile way. At one point it seemed that he would attack someone in the audience. The worst part of his speech was his voice tone that escalated to a level where he was yelling. His yelling was more like a street fight rather than a speech. Probably he is
