On Thursday, 07/14/2016, at approximately 0830 hours, I, Deputy Stacy Stark #1815 met with Tiffany D. Wallace (M/W, DOB: 01/20/1986) and Mickey K. Wallace (M/W, DOB: 07/24/1976) at their residence located at 38 Ohio Rd Apt. B Carbondale, Jackson County, Illinois for a report of stolen and damaged property.

The victim’s, Tiffany and Mickey, reported on Wednesday, 07/13/2016, between the time period of 1520 hours and 1650 hours, a pink folding outdoor chair, a green folding outdoor chair, a black/white Shakespeare fishing rod and reel combo, a pink/white Shakespeare fishing rod and reel combo, and a tan fishing tackle box was stolen from the front patio area at their residence. The victims found the pink folding outdoor chair in the neighbor’s driveway. The neighbor’s driveway led to the address at 38 Ohio Rd Apt. A, and that apartment was vacant. The pink folding outdoor chair was damaged. The approximate value of the 2 folding outdoor chairs was $10.00 each. The approximate value of the 2 fishing rod and reels was $20.00 each. The approximate value of the fishing tackle box was $20.00. All the property was purchased at a Wal-Mart store on 05/01/2016, but no receipt was available.

They drove to the Carbondale Police Department and Carbondale Police Department referred Tiffany and Michael to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. Tiffany and Michael drove to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office. I spoke with them in the lobby. After Tiffany and Michael left the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, they drove straight to their residence. When they arrived at their residence at approximately 1650 hours, they noticed the property missing. Tiffany and Michael used the property recently. After fishing in the pond in front of their residence, they stored it on their
