Plaintiff, Steven Oliva, alleges as follows on knowledge as to himself and his known acts, and is informed and believes and thereby complains and alleges as follows:

PARTIES AND JURISDICTION
1. Plaintiff, STEVEN OLIVA [hereinafter “Plaintiff” or “Mr. Oliva”], was at all times relevant hereto, a resident of the State of California, County of Riverside, and an employee of Defendants, and each of them, at the CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, INC., from May 8, 2006, until his wrongful termination on April 14, 2017.
2. Defendant, CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Plaintiff has filed EEOC/ DFEH charge number 480-2017-02287N, and received Notices of Right to Sue in those charge numbers, and he has alleged, in part, that the Defendant’s termination of him violated 42 U.S.C. §2000e, 42 U.S.C. §1981, Cali. Laws Civ. §§51, et seq. and Gov. Code §12940 et seq. (See Exhibit A – EEOC Notice to Right to Sue)
Plaintiff is informed and believes that DOE Defendants 1 through 50 are California residents and/or parents, subsidiaries, and/or sister corporations to Defendant Employer, and/or individuals responsible for the acts complained of herein. Plaintiff will amend this Complaint to show such true names and capacities when they been determined.
