Concept

The objective of this event is to present the new delightful Swarovski collection of lightening products, as the world leader in high-quality precision cut crystal has chosen this city to reveal its marvelous pieces, which will be presented on September 16th of 2013 from 19.00 to 22.00 in the Gallery of La Pelota, gathering approximately 300 guests.

The reason to make this important event happen on the September 16th is to project a fresh mood to the guests, as it is a hot month and the weather this specific day will be suitable to represent said mood, we need a gleaming, cool atmosphere, specially if usually people are tired of this month’s weather.

The same way, we exhibit the third one in the list, which is Candella, showing its three different sizes and positioned in the back middle part of the venue just behind Enlace but hidden behind the black panel. The marbelous Downsquare will be the next one, illuminating the back right corner.
The last piece to exhibit will be Madison in its two presentations situated in the upper right corner of the showroom. In this piece a special isolation will be required as well as a particular darker illumination surrounding it, as this is the last piece to present, we expect that the guests is impressed by the exhibition and finishes it with a pleasant experience from the path
This circuit is a tactic to give the client a chance to truly experience each piece within all the spaces of the venue, focusing on the beauty of each specimen without being distracted by anything else.

Catering and Banqueting

The catering will be served by Backstage Banqueting, which is a highly recognized organization providing a good quality catering.
The service provided will be a Cocktail party (Appetizers). This service will help the event to be a more avid evening and have a convivial atmosphere.
The appetizers will be served in the upper section of the venue, where the bar zone is located.
The chosen food style will be elegant but minimalist, like a piece of modern art. A
