Overall Performance Assessment:
Officer Ima Goodenough’s performance as a police officer is unacceptable. She is unable to adequately solve problems (Problem-Solving) in a sufficient manner without endangering the lives of herself and the public. There have been at least to incidents (Judgement/ Decision-Making/Workplace Safety) of unauthorized high-speed pursuits in which
