Since this event Nigeria's mortality rate has increased, and Polio is now considered one of the six 'killer diseases' in Nigeria. Nigeria is not the only country with vaccination issues, many countries in Africa and Asia especially, over 70% of the world's not immunized children live in either Asia or Africa. The Central African Republic, like many countries need more funding in order to acquire the supplies to properly distribute and use the medical supplies. The Central African Republic immunization rates are declining, from 2012 to 2014 the vaccination rates went from 64% vaccinating.to only 25% vaccinating, now the Central African Republic has some of the highest child and maternity mortality rates in the world. The island country of Papua New Guinea also does not have the funding for vaccines, despite the fact that Papua New Guinea one of the highest instances of HPV in the world. Then there are countries like India, whose medical systems wouldn't be able to handle vaccinations because they are not equipped nor organized enough to supply more medications. For these countries we must send help, whether in the form of donations or volunteers to help input a system
