Your typed proposal should be posted to your team discussion area on D2L and a digital copy emailed to aharvill@kennesaw.edu by the date listed on the syllabus. You may revise your proposal and resubmit it by the date indicated in D2L. Your the grade on the revised proposal will replace your original proposal’s grade. In order to have your revised proposal graded, you must post it to your team discussion area on D2L and email a digital copy to aharvill@kennesaw.edu.
If a group member does not contribute to the evidence portion of the proposal, his/her grade for this assignment will be reduced by 50%.

PROBLEM YOU’RE ADDRESSING Give a short description of the problem/issue you are looking to address with your project. (1 pts)
SUPPORTING EVIDENCE AND ARGUMENT: Using research from your team’s primary and secondary source reports, please provide persuasive evidence that the problem you are focusing on with your project is one worthy of addressing. You should combine and synthesize research from all of your team members into a cohesive, strong, and convincing argument. In essence, your proposal should build an argument that there is a problem and should include evidence from global, national, state/regional, local, and solutions-based perspectives. For each dimension of evidence (global, national, state/regional, local, solutions), you should also provide a brief explanation of how your evidence supports the need for your project. In addition, after each piece of evidence, you should cite your source in MLA format. Group members should not duplicate sources. Please follow the outline below for composing your evidence.
