Project Tamar (Gen 28)
Project Tamar is a restoration project for young women and teens that have been sexually abused. This group was created with the understanding that sometimes, bad things happen to good people. This group meeting is set in a peaceful and non-judgmental environment so RAYS can feel comfortable to discuss their past experiences and begin the process of healing and restoration through Jesus Christ.
Elizabeth’s Mentorship / UV-RAYS Program (Luke 1)
When the angel informed Mary that she should be the mother of the Messiah, she had no one to share her excitement or hears with except her cousin Elizabeth. Elizabeth mentored Mary and shared with her the joys of being associated with Jesus and rejoiced with her as she allowed God to use her. This mentorship program was created as a ‘Big Sister’ program. The Deborah Leadership Program was designed for young women who are ready to take on the world. This program teaches effective public speaking, communication skill, and image consulting and career advisement. The RAYS in this program will learn how to be fearless and stand strong and tall with God on their side.
Homeward Bound/ Renewal and Resettlement Program (Luke 15)
Like the prodigal son, many RAYS have lost their sense of direction and are struggling with self worth. This program is designed for runaways or those who have left home and are returning with nothing.
The Hagar Initiative (Gen 16)
Designed for pregnant RAYS who have been rejected by family and friend; who are in abusive relationships with their child’s father or who just feel scared, alone and hopeless because of an accidental or unwanted
