The Death penalty-abolish bill prohibits the sentencing to death or execution of any person for any violation of the law after the enactment of this Act. Bill also addresses the idea that this will commute death penalties imposed prior to the enactment of this Act to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.This act is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety. The reason for such necessity is to preserve life by preventing the execution of death sentences imposed by the law force within the state.
