The juice can come from a few different ways. Some of the ways to get juice from vegetables and fruit are: blender, cold pressed, masticating, and centrifugal. Each method has its pros and cons but the cold pressed yields the most juice but it is the most expensive option as well. The blender is the cheapest option but the con to that would be it takes a lot more time due to having to filter out the pulp. The centrifugal way of juicing spins the vegetables and fruit at a high speed causing the juice to separate from the vegetable or fruit. The con that people say about this method is that the cell walls of the fruit and vegetables are hard to break down so you do not get as much juice and may have to put them back in for a second time to get more juice out of it. In research there is not any proof confirming that juicing is better than eating vegetables. People say that drinking the juice save the body from having to work at digesting the fiber from the vegetables or fruit. Other people say that when you juice you are losing out on the healthy fiber from the vegetables and fruit.
