I believe that having a Native American name for a college name or team name or something Native American for the mascot is okay because “It’s tradition!”. You shouldn’t have to take something away from a group just because you feel offended by it especially if it’s a name or a mascot. It’s like if a college where to get offended if someone named something after the college. it’s simpler to just leave things as they are instead of going out of your way to change them, it’s probably easier to just deal with it instead of suing the place for offending you. it should be an honor to have a college named after
