Changing Leadership: Using Instruments to Make an Impact Remembering my MBTI ENTJ profile As an ENTJ leader, I exemplify traits like confidence, strategic thinking, and aggressiveness. I work best in leadership positions where I can take initiative, establish clear goals, and inspire people to reach high standards. My extroverted personality enables me to persuade others and motivate groups of people toward a shared goal. Last but not least, I can establish credibility and trust as a leader by encouraging justice and equality in decision-making processes and making sure that every team member is treated equally (Rock, 2008). According to Sylvia Wlodarska, nonviolent communication (NVC) provides a potent foundation for productive dialogue and conflict resolution. It allows leaders to express themselves honestly and sympathetically while promoting empathy and understanding in others (TEDx Talks, 2017).
