If we had more of a groupthink mindset throughout the entirety of the project, then maybe we would’ve been better off since only one person would’ve been making the decisions and coming up with the ideas instead of trying to accommodate everyone’s ideas and decisions. I believe that if we had gone with the more beneficial group norms such as working together and communicating effectively, then our project would’ve been easier to accomplish without long periods of confusion as well as unwanted setbacks and hesitation. When leading the optimal problem-solving group, I would set boundaries and rules of what should take place and how it should take place such as meeting weekly, individual check-ins as well as collaborative check-ins, and equal communication between the group. Equal communication would mean that everyone would need to engage in conversations where everyone shares and listens to ideas that they believe would resolve the issues permanently and/or
