A. As the ban does not include supermarkets, vending machines and convenience stores and refills in reality it cannot insure that people will stop consuming sugar rich drinks.
B. Even with the execution of the ban people will be able to buy and consume as much unhealthy drinks and food as they did before. Wouldn’t an educational programs aiming at giving them more information on the benefits of healthy lifestyle have better results in the long run? They can be incorporated at the working place for example. In Bulgaria there are organized football tournaments between big companies which require co-workers to train together. It is not only healthy, but benefits their social lives and the working environment as a whole.
