People who get frustrated easily don’t have a lot of patience. Working with these individuals is difficult, especially if they are defiant and aren’t willing to work with the counselor in therapy. After all, the result of therapy depends a lot on the client willing to give it their best. This could be a very negative effect. Another negative effect for this treatment plan for Lisa is she could have a bad reaction to the medication. The mood stabilizer can cause some physical ailments such as nausea, upset stomach and even as serious as trouble breathing. If Lisa were to have a reaction such as these to the medication, chances are she would revue to take it.
