Nursing 400 compare and contrast video (week15)
This week we discuss several important aspects of leadership watching video about what could be a comparison a contrast and a description of what leadership is. The video are about complexity of the nursing job, the resources of the unit and the outcome that a nurse leader can bring in her unit.
Leadership is a “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”.
