I do believe that my life experiences have impacted my psychological wellbeing. The decisions me make in our lives, the way be overcome obstacles, the attitude we have towards certain situation and the way we interact with others are influences by our past experiences either consciously or unconsciously. There is a pattern to my life facts because one way or another the things that I have achieved in my life so far have one way or another being influenced by my personality. The person I am today has helped me reach my goals and overcome challenges that have been presented to me. I believe that this list represents my strength as an individual who has not had an easy life. I believe that people will not be able to determine the lie because I am also the type of person that does not like to show emotion. I do believe that the lie is meaningful because it also reveals something about my personality for example, it is hard for people to identify if I am sad or that there is something wrong with me. I feel that it is something that resulted from my past experiences that for some reason I think that showing emotion shows weakness. I am the type of person that likes to express my positive emotions and hide any of my negative emotions because I feel that nothing good comes out of them. I believe that people who display negative emotions are not able to live happy lives because they are constantly in pain, sad or lonely so I decide to completely ignore the negativity. I believe that there are facts that are missing in the list but like I said I feel that sometimes things need to be kept away or unsaid because there is no positivity coming out from them. I try to live my way as positivity as I can if there is something that is getting in the way I eliminate it right
