The first few weeks of Psychology were rough for me because the material I was learning was more about the background of Psychology. Prior to having covered behavior, I felt unengaged. I find behavioral sciences extremely interesting. Learning about the mechanical biology of a person, for example, body language, catches my eye quickly. In result of helping friends with their mental issues, I began to like behavioral sciences. My college plan is to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and then head to graduates school to obtain my Master’s degree in family and marriage therapy. Since my junior year in high school, I have been implementing psychology into my life. That year I began to help several friends with their life struggles. I guided one friend through her depression and other one through their severe panic attacks. Before even taking Psychology, I had an ability to calm a person down. However, I mainly use what I know about psychology when it comes to behavior--- how people act. With the addition of a Psychology course, my knowledge on the mental aspect of a person has significantly increased. I look at my surrounding and constantly thing about opportunities that can arise. Psychology has impacted my life in a great way, but the only negative aspect is
