Psychopaths are not concerned about destroying anybody’s life or dreams. They always blame other, even for the thing they have done. Psychopaths would never blame themselves. They are incredibly irresponsible and untrustworthy.
Even though they are unreliable they could have patterns of responsibility for months on end. They could be well behaved citizens and be faithful spouses. Many times they, have successful jobs and could get promoted. From one moment to another, they could change back to be irresponsible, and start creating problem at home and at work. They might ask for forgiveness later and plead for another chance. Inevitably, irresponsible behavior will return in a young adult psychopath.
