Example Answer: The lecturer is discussing how medicine has played an integral part in human society for many years. People have used medicine to treat everything from serious diseases to minor disabilities. The contrasting ideas are that of pharmaceutical drugs vs natural treatments. Mainstream doctors put their faith in prescription treatments whereas natural healers endorse treatments like homeopathy and acupuncture. So the problem is that medical physicians believe natural healers are frauds who give people false cure. So the burning question is which kind of medicine is better for us?
