This type of evaluation will be done by providing a survey to the child and one of his/her parents each time they go to the clinic. This survey will ask about the quality of the services, their perception, and opinion about our services. We will also hire local community health workers to do interviews to a percentage of the population in the underserved area about their opinion on our eye care clinics, about their knowledge of pediatric eye care, and their attitudes towards receiving care by a medical professional, as well as any barriers they know children in their community have to receive medical care. These interviews and evaluation will help FPLSVI learn which specific barriers have to be targeted by each clinic in order to make our services more accessible to the population. This will help the organization and clinics know if a change of strategy needs to be done, or what changes need to be done to adapt to the community. The interviews to the general population will be done twice, one at the time the clinics open for the first time, and the second one six months after these started
