In the future, I want to have the ability to work with the police force of the state of my residence and examine the collected evidence chemically to find certain results which would be able to convict the real perpetrator. Through my studies and by obtaining my master's degree in forensic science with a concentration in chemistry, I would be able to finally become a forensic scientist which is my short-term goal. My long term goal would have to be to change many things in our society. For example, with my degree in Forensic I would be able to be a credited individual who could use my career insights to adjust the injustices that are incarnated into the criminal justice system.
