Qin Shi Huang period of leadership has gone down in history as very memorable but mainly for all the wrong reasons, often described as harsh and inhumane. His most famous contributions to China's history during his reign was the development of The Great Wall of China, his tomb and China's increase in fortune. In detail he showed his evil leadership many of times. Most of the rules he made were for China's safety but some didn't work like he thought they would, and some worked too well.
