Exclusion criteria were subjects with less than 6 months of NP experience. Results revealed that the NPs studies were pleased with independence, challenges and reimbursements with their job. However they were insignificantly content with proficient advancement, and partnership. 27% of the NPs planned to leave their present employment, and 5.5% indicated to the leave their NPs role and nursing profession. Because subjects whom contributed to the study did not precisely replicate the entire population of Nurse Practitioners nationwide, producing limitations of the study.
